In March 2012 the Provincial government of Utrecht moved into a new building. In this light, the province commissioned CBKU and QKunst to develop a master plan around the existing art collection, art works on loan from local institutions and the production of new site specific art works, to be displayed at the new location.
After completion of the master plan, I was asked to give an impression of how the works relate to the offices, meeting rooms, congress hall and foyer.
